We begin March with an uber-short roadtrip to Strongtree Coffee here in Hudson.  Our entire class will focus on coffee, both as a beverage and as a subtle ingredient in savory recipes. Featured this month will be a pork loin marinated in port wine and coffee. An added bonus will be the recipe for Chef Jeff’s coffee scented chili, plus a great dry-rub recipe for steaks.  Those with a sweet tooth will not be shut out however; we will also sample mini coffee flavored donuts made from scratch.
